Billing and Wallet
The Wallet section provides a clear view of your current balance, GPU hours, and total credits used. NeevCloud uses a Wallet-based billing system to offer users a simple, transparent, and flexible way to manage their cloud spending. Instead of being charged per transaction or invoice, users can preload credits into their wallet; these credits are then automatically deducted based on GPU instance usage and other services consumed.
This approach ensures:
Instant deployment without payment delays.
Pay-as-you-go flexibility, letting you top up only what you need.
Real-time cost tracking for better budget control.
Seamless experience for both individual developers and enterprise teams.
How the Wallet Works
When you sign up on NeevCloud, your account is credited with 10 free credits to help you explore and deploy your first GPU instance. As you begin using resources, credits are deducted automatically based on your instance's hourly usage until the free balance is exhausted. You can then recharge your wallet anytime to continue using services.
Once you add credits to your NeevCloud Wallet, the platform automatically uses these credits to charge your active GPU instances. Each running instance deducts credits hourly, based on its pricing plan (On-Demand or Reserved).
For example:
If you deploy an NVIDIA T4 instance costing $0.35/hr, the wallet deducts $0.35 every hour from your available balance until the instance is stopped or deleted.
When your wallet balance runs low, you will receive a low balance alert prompting you to recharge and avoid service interruption.
Wallet Dashboard
The Wallet Dashboard provides a complete overview of your current financial activity within NeevCloud. You can view:

This log helps you track how and where your credits are being consumed across different GPU instances and projects.
