NeevCloud provides a seamless and secure way to access your account, manage credentials, and collaborate within your organization. Follow the steps below to create your account, log in, or reset your password.

Sign Up

Create your NeevCloud account in a few simple steps.

Steps to Create an Account

1. Go to the NeevCloud Sign-Up Page Visit console.ai.neevcloud.com/sign-up.

2. Enter Basic Information Provide your first name, last name, email address, and mobile number. Make sure to use a valid email address and active mobile number to receive OTPs.

3. Verify Your Contact Information

   • An Email OTP will be sent to your registered email (valid for 10 minutes).

   • A Mobile OTP will be sent to your phone (valid for 10 minutes).

   • Enter both OTPs to verify your identity.

4. Set Up Your Account Once verified, your NeevCloud account will be created successfully. A default organization will be automatically created for you. You can later invite team members and assign roles such as Admin, Member within your organization.

5. Access the Console After signing up, you’ll be redirected to the NeevCloud Console Dashboard where you can start deploying GPUs or managing projects.

Sign In

Log in to your NeevCloud account using any of the available authentication methods.

Login Options

You can sign in using:

• Google — Use your Google account credentials for quick access.

• GitHub — Authenticate securely with your GitHub account.

• Email & Password — Log in using your registered email address and password.

Steps to Sign In

1. Go to console.ai.neevcloud.com/login.

2. Select your preferred login method (Google, GitHub, or Email & Password).

3. If using email and password, enter your credentials and click Sign In.

4. Upon successful login, you’ll be redirected to your NeevCloud Dashboard.

Reset Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow these steps.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the Password Reset Page and click Reset Now on the login screen.

2. Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link.

3. Check your inbox for a password reset email from NeevCloud. The reset link is valid for a limited time (typically 15 minutes).

4. Click the link in your email to open the password reset page.

5. Enter a new secure password, confirm it, and click Update Password.

6. Once successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you can log in using your new credentials.

Note: For security, ensure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
